So, I've been working out off and on for about a month. I've been really good for the last two weeks. And what have I accomplished?
1. Really sore arms on at least two occasions.
2. Sweat
3. Zero weight loss
4. Zero increase in muscular tone
5. A growing Japanese vocabulary (Now I can say "Shinjuku park isn't over there. It's right here.")
But I'm not quitting yet. I've decided to keep it up for at least two months, and see where we go from there. Reeta says she thinks I've lost inches (especially in the legs), but the legs aren't where I need the inches gone from, dang it. (sigh).
