Sleepover Night

Is every Friday night in my house. Claire gets to sleep with Corbin and Grandma. Last night, however, Reeta and I took the kids up to the exercise room with us. They wanted to get into the hot tub, so we brought the suits, and all took a dip after Reeta and I worked out. (Upper body weight training for me, aerobics for Reeta). But because we always work out really late, it wound up being about midnight before we got home.
Then, of course, because it's sleepover night (and unbeknownst to me), the kids put in a movie and started watching. So, about 2:00 AM, Claire comes toddling into my bedroom, asking for someone to come sit with her and rub her back so she can get to sleep.
We were not amused. Poor little girl.
In other news, Netflix (so far) seems pretty cool. Also, my sweetie let me buy a new game for the GameBoy (we had a gift certificate at Target). After much consideration, I decided on this. After all, I can pick up Golden Sun: Lost Age off of eBay, and Metroid: Zero Mission can wait for a while.
Now I must study before heading off to the Baron Munchausen party later this afternoon. STUDY!!!
